Just moved to Dubai with my 2014 Pajero – any trusted workshops?

I shipped my Pajero over from Abu Dhabi last month and it's due for a major service plus the AC is barely blowing cold, and I'm honestly lost with all the conflicting advice. I asked around my building and got five different recommendations, some telling me to avoid the glossy franchise places because they just upsell fluids, others swearing by a tiny shop in Deira but nobody could actually remember the name. I'm not looking for a miracle, just a place that does solid work without inventing problems. Honestly, I just want to find the best car repair workshop in Dubai that won't treat my 11-year-old SUV like it's not worth their time.
