How long does it take to get the inspection report after the check?

I'm in a bit of a time crunch. I found a 2017 Tesla Model S in Business Bay that I really like, and the seller has another buyer interested. I want to get an inspection done tomorrow morning, but I need the report quickly so I can make a decision and possibly transfer funds. The inspection company I'm considering offers Precision Inspection Business Bay and they said I can get a verbal summary within an hour of the inspection, and the full written report within 24 hours. Is that normal? I'm worried about making a decision based just on a verbal summary in case I miss something. Has anyone here relied on a verbal report and then found discrepancies later in the written version? Also wondering if the inspector can send photos immediately via WhatsApp. The seller is pushing for a quick decision and I don't wanna lose the car, but I also don't wanna rush. Any advice on how to handle this situation would be great. Thanks.
