Random electrical issues after a battery change

I've got a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL and I replaced the battery last week. Ever since then, the radio screen flickers, the power windows work intermittently, and the dash lights sometimes dim. The car starts fine. A friend said I might need to do a "relearn" procedure or that the battery sensor might be faulty. I need to find a shop that offers Malfunction Repair Service Mussafah and can diagnose whether it's a grounding issue or a module that needs resetting. Has anyone here had electrical gremlins after a battery change on a JL and found it was just a loose connection or a faulty IBS sensor? Also wondering if not registering the battery could cause these issues. The car has 60k km and I'm worried about a failing BCM.
